Bailable warrant issued against Bollywood actor Rahul Roy
The Bollywood actor's company cheated a person from Aligarh in the name of investment. When the check bounced, the victim approached the court. In which the notice was first issued to the actor, after which no response was received, then a bailable warrant was issued in the past. Now the process of issuing non-bailable warrants against the actor has been started.
Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, the resident of the Bannadevi police station area, sent a notice to actor Rahul Roy through the court. Advocate for the aggrieved party, Ram Avatar Singh, said that it was claimed by actor Rahul Rai's company Great India Entertainment that you would get twice as many shares if you invested in the company. For this, he bought shares of the company and invested one lakh 35 thousand 600 rupees through FEFT. Not only this, he invested cash of Rs 14,800. This investment was done on 14 February 2017. But after a long time, when he talked to the company, on 28 April 2017, a check was given for one lakh rupees.
The plaintiff planted the check at Khair's Oriental Bank of Commerce branch. The bank was informed on May 2, 2017, that the check had bounced. The investor sent a notice through this court to the company's Honor actor Rahul Roy. The notice was also delivered on 25 May 2017, but filed a complaint on 17 June 2017, with no response. A bailable warrant has been issued by the court recently against the actor. Not only this, now preparations are being made to issue non-bailable warrants on completion of time.
A case has also been filed against singer Kanika Kapoor in Aligarh. He was accused of not attending the Aligarh festival even after receiving the money. In this case, she attended the ceremony the following year after raising the funds.
