WHO chief's warning - Coronavirus vaccine is not enough to stop the pandemic

The head of the World Health Organization stated on Monday that the vaccine cannot stop the coronavirus pandemic. The coronavirus continues to spread rapidly even months after the first case was revealed. Talking about coronavirus cases in the world load, this number has reached above 5 crores 40 lakhs while more than 13 lakh people have died.

WHO Director-General Tredos Adnom said on Monday that a vaccine will work to complement other tools we have. It cannot replace them. WHO figures reported 660,905 case reports to the UN Health Agency, a record. Earlier on Friday, 645410 cases were registered.

The WHO chief stated that initially vaccine supplies would be restricted to the general public as the vaccine would initially give priority to health workers, the elderly, and those at higher risk. Trados said that this would reduce the death rate and help bring the health system back on track.

At the same time, Trados warned that even this fear of the voice cannot be completely eradicated. If monitoring is still to be done then people will still have to undergo tests and quarantine will have to be done in case of corona getting infected.
