COVID-19 News: Motors stolen from the coaches of 'COVID Care Centre' Delhi

New Delhi: Railway coaches have been converted into 'COVID Care Centers' after the growing Corona infection case in the country's capital.  Reportedly the thieves targeted this center and stole 2 motors in the coach.

Soon after the news of the theft, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) was stirred up and formed a team and arrested the people involved within 12 hours. But the main accused of stealing is still absconding. Since the theft incident, questions have also arisen regarding the safety of these coaches. Because medical equipment worth lakhs of rupees are also installed in these coaches. Security of which is the responsibility of Inspector Hoshiar Singh of Badli railway station.
RPF Senior DSC Sarika Mohan told ZEE NEWS that around 4.30 am on July 27, we came to know that 2 motors had been stolen from the train coach 'COVID Care Center' at Badli railway station. Soon after receiving the stolen call from the COVID19 Care Center, Manoj, who had received a stolen motor was by arresting a special team. One who works as a waste picker by profession. Manoj bought the motors for 300 rupees from the robbery accused. Now RPF is searching for the thief.

RPF suspects that more than one person was involved in this theft. Thankfully, the accused were able to steal only the motor. Oxidation cylinders are also housed in ventilators worth millions of rupees in Coronavirus Care Center. There are no patients in these coaches right now. These coaches will be used when needed.
