Swara Bhaskar said on 'A Suitable Boy' Controversy: Did not the blood rage in 'Kathua gang rape' happened in the temple?

Meera Nair's mini-series 'A Suitable Boy' appeared on BBC a few months ago, now on Netflix last month. The show has come under controversion. The BJP leader has registered an FIR on this. They allege that Ishaan Khattar and Tabu have hurt religious sentiments. Now Swara Bhaskar's reaction has come on this matter.

Swara Bhaskar wrote in the tweet, "If the real 'Kathua gang rape' of an 8-year-old girl that took place inside the temple could not boil your blood, then you do not have the right to be hurt by showing fake scenes in the temple."

The BJP leader had raised objection by tweeting that in one of its episodes, there is a kissing scene in the temple premises 3 times. A Hindu woman is in love with a Muslim boy but whose scene is in the temple? In this case, they have registered an FIR in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.

According to reports, a case was registered against two Netflix executives. Not only the FIR, Netflix's Boycott was also done on social media.
